In three days, over 20,000 Tatarstan residents submitted applications for first grade admission

Over three days, Tatarstan residents submitted more than 20,000 applications to enroll children in the first grade via the State Services Portal. The admission campaign began on April 1.

A child's first day at school is a significant event in every family's life. It marks the first step into adulthood, where the child experiences a change in environment and lifestyle. Within the walls of the school, children develop their talents and make their first close friends. Therefore, it is crucial for the child to attend the right school.

When registering children for first grade, schools consider the order of application submission. During the first three days of the campaign, more than 3,400 children were preliminarily accepted into schools.

Lyceum "Algorithm" — 437 applications

Multidisciplinary Lyceum No. 186 "Perspective" — 321 applications

Gymnasium No. 184 named after M.I. Makhmutov — 290 applications

Multidisciplinary Lyceum — 242 applications

Lyceum No. 35 "Galaxy" — 230 applications

Applying through the State Services Portal became possible due to the work carried out under the national project "Data Economy." It is aimed at improving the accessibility and convenience of obtaining public services.

Until June 30, 2026, schools will accept applications from preferential categories and those wishing to enroll according to their place of residence. Starting from July 6, applications from all other applicants will be accepted. A child will only be admitted if there are available spots.
