The "Life Situation" service – "Protection from Online Fraud" – combines a range of protection measures, including all the anti-fraud tools available on the State Services Portal, including:
self-banning of loans;
new SIM cards;
the ability to check your credit history;
information about a suspicious call.
It also provides clear instructions on what to do if you became the victim of fraud.
According to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Grigorenko, consolidating government services into comprehensive solutions allows citizens to receive assistance more quickly and easily – processing times are reduced by an average of 30%.
Among the most popular "Life Situation" services is the registration of self-banning of loans. Since September 1, this procedure has been available not only online but also in person at Multifunctional centre branches.
