At a weekly meeting with communications industry companies, subordinate organizations and heads of structural branches of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization considers the results of the Kazan Urban Transformation Center's activities for the first six months of this year
The Kazan Urban Transformation Centre continues its active development:
• 64 projects are being implemented by the center's team, including the digitalization of municipal services, process optimization and the creation of a 3D model of the city;
• 22 specialists work on the center's team, supporting the digital transformation of municipal governance;
• 72 digital municipal services have been converted to electronic format of which 85% of applications are submitted digitally.
The center's key infrastructure projects include the development of the Integrated Municipal Geographic Information System, which includes more than 20.3 million facilities, 500+ registries, and 1,000+ information layers, used by 1,290 employees from 32 structural divisions.
The CITY-Soft Improvement Control System deserves special attention. It provides daily monitoring of 1,000 km of roads and has achieved a 92.5% timely resolution of incidents during the 2024-2025 winter period.
