The regional contest «Best Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan 2024” announced

The contest is aimed at identifying best practices in the provision of state and municipal services, increasing the professional level of Multifunctional Centre employees and promoting the work of Multifunctional centre.

The contest will traditionally be held in six categories:

• "Best Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan"

• "Best Branch Manager of the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan"

• "Best Project of a branch of the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan"

• "Best universal specialist of the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan"

• "Best Mentor of a Branch of the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan"

• "Best Conflict situation Manager of a Branch of the Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan"

The "Best MFC of Tatarstan" category, applications will be considered in three categories: Multifunctional Centres of small, medium, and large cities. Projects implemented in departments for at least three months at the time of application and with positive implementation results are eligible for participation in the "Best Project of a Branch of the Multifunctional Centre" category. Participants who submit applications in the last three categories will have to go through two stages of the contest. During the qualifying round, submitted questionnaires and video presentations will be reviewed, interviews will be conducted and testing will be held.
