Voting for connecting villages to the internet starts
The Russian Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Media is launching an annual vote to connect small settlement to mobile internet! From August 25 to November 9, 2025, every resident of Tatarstan aged 18 and over can vote for a village or town (with a population of 100 to 500 people) to receive priority for base station construction in 2026.
You can vote in two ways:
• On the State Services Portal — on the voting service page;
• By mail — by sending a letter to Russian Ministry of Digitalization (123112, Moscow, Presnenskaya Embankment, 10, Bldg. 2). Multiple people can sign the letter — everyone's vote will be counted. Please write your name, registered address, and the location where you want internet service to be provided.
