The multifunctional center already operates in an extraterritorial principle, which allows to receive a municipal or state service regardless of the applicant's place of registration. That means that the application can be submitted, for example, in the Agryz region of the republic, and the results can be taken in Kazan. Currently, 42 municipal services can be received extraterritorially in Tatarstan. A project to place a QR code on a ticket in the Multifunctional Centre has also been successfully implemented. Now it is not necessary to provide employees with their personal documents in physical version - they will be available via QR code in e-form. In 2022, Tatarstan became the first region of the country in which all state and municipal services without exception became available to our residents in e-form.
