The participants were civil servants under 35, and employees of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization also took part in the session. The event is aimed at creating opportunities for young people and is held within the framework of the national project "Education", which is being implemented by the Ministry of Youth Affairs of Tatarstan together with the presidential platform "Russia - the country of opportunities". The session is dedicated to the professional development of young managers, as well as meanings, values, and leadership in public service. Under the event, an educational programme "Personal Development Track" was organized, which consists of the blocks "Self-determination" and "Self-design". Young civil servants had a meeting with leading leaders of Tatarstan as part of the consideration of the potential for development, underwent motivational trainings and master classes on competence development, as well as participated in informal communications and community formation.
