Rostelecom offers its customers to check data for leaks

Rostelecom Telecommunication Company and Solar (a branch of Rostelecom - an architect of integrated cybersecurity) are launching the possibility of checking personal data for their leakage to the Internet. The solution will allow users to find out what personal information came to public access, as well as receive recommendations for safe storaging of data in the network. The free option is available for Rostelecom customers and T2 mobile users. In the personal account, the user can request a special check, which will result a report with a list of leaked data in a partially hidden form (name, phone, mail, address, passwords). A list of compromised resources and the probable date of the information leak will also be displayed.

This information will help to understand where it is necessary to change the pair «login-password», which sites can be unsafe, how to prevent the hacking of social networks and private offices on different resources.
