The Day of Tatarstan, Spasskaya Fair, “Race of Heroes”: where else “Letay” “strengthened” cellular networks
In August, Letay increased data transfer speeds in 13 settlements of Tatarstan and prepared networks for major cultural, entertainment and sports events. For the Day of the Republic and Kazan, the operator increased the capacity of base stations (BS) in more than 30 sectors, including by installing mobile telecom facilities. Thus, in the capital of Tatarstan, 6.1 thousand subscribers were registered at the Kazan Family Center on the holiday.
"Letay" also relieved the networks at the Oil Workers' Day in Almetyevsk and at the Spasskaya Fair in Yelabuga, where more than 4.9 thousand subscribers consumed voice and mobile traffic. Traditionally, the operator provided communications for the participants of the "Race of Heroes" run in Mendeleyevsk, having additionally equipped the site at the event. Due to this, 2.3 thousand subscribers posted on social networks and made calls without loss of connection quality. As a result of work to update communication points in populated areas of Tatarstan, the data transfer speed increased.
