On July 30, the IT-park in Kazan hosted a seminar for deputy heads of local self-government bodies of Tatarstan and deputy heads of executive bodies of state power of Tatarstan responsible for digital transformation. Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technology and Communications Ayrat Khayrullin, who spoke about basic rules of digital security, opened the seminar. Several topics were discussed during the seminar. Head of the Innostage Audit and Consulting Center Marat Tsikhmistrov and consultant for the RCB Positive Technologies Aleksander Rogozin spoke about What digital development leaders need to know to ensure effective cybersecurity in modern digital Russia. They spoke about the current state of the world’s cybersecurity, requirements in the IS, and conducted a review of current threats and information security incidents in Russia for 2024. In addition, they covered the topic of cyber resilience, tools and approaches to achieve it, and taught management decision-making to minimize the damage from computer incidents.
