A new domestic messenger “Chats” becomes available to Tatarstan businesses

MTS, a digital ecosystem, announces the launch of the MTS Link Chats corporate messenger.

Beta testing of the product started in November 2023 and has been completed and is now available to all companies.

By the time of launch, the solution had been tested by 113 large companies. Several companies had completely switched to Chats from other messengers.

Today, Chat Rooms have all the basic features that big business needs for constant business communication with colleagues. Among them are personal and group chat rooms, channels, threads, the ability to edit sent messages and respond to them with emoji. Users can create their profiles and statuses, share files, easily locate employees in the company’s address book, search for messages, enable and disable push notifications. Administrators can access the «Organization» section where they can create a working area for user interaction, manage access and settings.
