Schoolchildren of Tatarstan to learn about ways to protect accounts in social networks

On April 16 at 3.00 p.m. at gymnasium 16 in Kazan, the Head of the Information Security Department of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Ildar Valiev will hold a lesson under the educational project “Digital Educational Campaign”, which will be devoted to the issues of free access to accounts. They include a video and teaching materials for teachers. The main character of the videos will again be the fish blogger Anton Koryushkin, who will inform schoolchildren about digital security and will share useful information with blog subscribers. The All-Russian project «Digital Educational Campaign» is organized by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development together with the Russian Ministry of Education, «Digital Economy» non-profit organization in partnership with key Russian companies in information technologies. The project includes a series of educational animated videos and teaching materials that teach children and adults the basics of digital literacy and cybersecurity using easy examples. Due to the project, students will not only learn how to behave safely online, but also increase the level of digital literacy in an accessible interactive format.
