Owner's Day starts in Russia in April

Every year in the second quarter in Russia, general meetings of owners of multi-apartment buildings are held.

Various issues are brought up at the meeting, including consideration of the building management report, which most management organizations should provide to owners by the end of the first quarter.

The Owner's Day project is held in all regions of Russia from April 13 to June 13, 2024.

During this period, the participating management organizations will hold house-wide owners' meetings with absentee voting using state information system (GIS) of housing and utility services. Owners will be able to get acquainted with the agenda, study the materials and vote in the application State Services.Dom or in the personal account GIS housing and utility services at a convenient time. The project is carried out by «Information System Operator» with the support of the Russian Ministry of Construction and the Russian Ministry of Digital Development.

Letay speeds up the Internet in 13 more settlements in Tatarstan

In March, Letay base stations were modernized in suburban areas, which led to an increase in the quality of the communication signal and the speed of mobile Internet for residents of the villages of Stolbishche and Gabishevo in the Laishevo region, as well as the villages of Mirny and Konstantinovka near Kazan. The attention to these locations is not accidental: in spring, traffic additionally moves outside the city, due to which the load on the network of suburban base stations is “densifying”.

New service available on state services of Tatarstan

A new convenient and long-awaited service for kindergartens appeared on the State and Municipal Services Portal - ordering an e-certificate of charged and paid parental fees. About 10,000 such paper certificates are issued annually in Kazan. At the same time, parents spend at least 1 hour going in person to get the document. With this service, it is not necessary to go anywhere, the order of a free and legally significant certificate takes only 5 minutes.
