Meeting with the winners and prize-winners of the championship movements on professional skills “Professionals” and “Abilympics”
On December 11, at the Kazan Technical College of Information Technologies and Communications, the Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with the winners and prize-winners of the championship movements on professional skills «Professionals» and «Abilimpiks».
Minnikhanov emphasized that due to the support of the leadership of the country and personally Russian President Vladimir Putin, competitions in working professions have been actively developed. Interest in them and the number of participants are increasing.
The Rais of Tatarstan emphasized that the development of Abilympics is a large interdepartmental work that involves more than 80 partner enterprises and a number of ministries. “It is important to continue working together in this direction, to provide opportunities for people with disabilities to develop and become professionals in demand in the labor market,” he said. This year, a new All-Russian championship movement in professional skills “Professionals” was launched, which takes into account the experience gained in the republic in “WorldSkills”. In total, under this movement, Tatarstan team won 148 medals.
