Located in the Bashir Rameev IT-park, the laboratory, named after the inventor of the first Soviet lie detector, a native of Kazan, Aleksander Luria, started its work in test mode. Tatarstan is a leader in digitalization of state and municipal services, as well as a participant in an experiment to test tools that ensure the introduction of client-centric principles in state administration. The laboratory in Kazan will be one of the main elements of the ecosystem for optimization and reengineering of public services being built in Tatarstan.
Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ayrat Khayrullin, President of Tatarstan Academy of Sciences Rifkat Minnikhanov, people’s deputy of the State Council of Tatarstan Marat Galeev, the Chairman of the Association “Council of Municipal Formations of Tatarstan” Ekzam Gubaydullin and other officials took part in the official opening of the laboratory.
The laboratory is aimed ensuring high quality in the provision of public services, support the activities of government authorities in increasing their openness to building a clietocentric dialogue with citizens.
