Uzbekistan is actively developing digital technologies. It had adopted the "Digital Uzbekistan 2030" strategy, aimed at taking advantage of opportunities of the IT sector for the development of various sectors of the economy. One of the priorities is to use digital technologies to improve the work of state and economic management bodies and to create an efficient mechanism of interaction between the authorities and the population. These tasks are accomplished through the development of the e-government system. The Unified Portal of Interactive Government Services plays a strategic role in e-government development.
