Over 17,000 calls received from Tatarstan residents to a common number 122 on contract service issues

The hotline was established based on the contact center where the coronavirus hotline operated. Since November 25, 2020, the common number "122" has received 1,578,894 calls from Tatarstan residents. Thus, from January 2021, Tatarstan citizens could enroll for vaccination from Covid-19.

Since the beginning of this recording, 33,192 residents of the republic have used this service. Since September 22, 2022, the "122" hotline began to receive calls for partial mobilization - in total, Tatarstan residents called 41,848 times on this issue.

On behalf of Russian Government, from March 28, 2023, within the framework of informing citizens on issues of entering military service under the contract, routing of calls made to number 117 to the "122" service was organized. The hotline received 17,057 calls.

The hotline for contract service in Tatarstan is open 24 hours a day. The Contact center specialists promptly interact with employees of all regional military recruitment offices and help to solve individual problems of each citizen.
