The hotline was established on the basis of the contact centre where the coronavirus hotline operated. Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of Tatarstan Albert Yakovlev informed journalists about its operation. The hotline for contract service operates 24 hours a day in Tatarstan.
The specialists of the contact centres promptly cooperate with employees of all district military recruitment offices and can help to solve individual problems of each citizen. The number 117 has been working for about three months and every day considers about a thousand appeals, Yakovlev said.
