Work of State Information System “Public Control” discussed at Cabinet of Ministers

State Information System “Public Control” has been functioning since April 2012. Citizens’ requests in 26 categories are considered in the system. The system work is regulated by Tatarstan President’s Order № УП-408 dated 01.06.2012 and Decree of Cabinet of Ministers № 528 dated 29.07.2013.
For the first half of 2013 4510 requests were sent to “Public Control” System, and were supported by citizens 99 804 times. In accordance with the Cabinet of Ministers Decree the request should be considered within 10 days.
It was stated that integration of State Information System “Public Control” and Interdepartmental electronic document management system is underway.
The Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Municipal Economy, Ministry of Labour, Employment and Social Services and municipalities Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny and Leninogorsk region are leaders by the number of requests that were considered not efficiently enough.
The Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, Bugulma, Almetievsk, Nizhnekamsk and Verkhny Uslon regions demonstrate good work in the system.
The main factors which show efficiency of the system are timely consideration of requests, the number of requests with positive solution, the number of citizens’ positive assessment of solutions made by executive authorities and local self-government.
From 05.08.2013 Commissioner for human right in RT Sariya Saburskaya is the supervisor of the State Information System “Public Control”.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
