Tatarstan-Singapore Business Forum held in IT park

On June 22 members of Singapore delegation led by Vice-Premier and Minster of Finances Tharman Shanmugaratnam, who arrived in Kazan with a three-day working visit, took part in opening of Tatarstan-Singapore Business Forum in IT park.
Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov opened the forum: “I’m very glad to see our Singapore colleagues here today. We’ve long been developing cooperation with Singapore in various spheres. Among all Russian regions Tatarstan was the first to offer internships for government authorities in Singapore. We efficiently cooperate with our Singapore partners and suppose that we are looking the same way.”
Tharman Shanmugaratnam thanked Ildar Khalikov for warm reception saying that it had been always pleasant to work with Tatarstan.
Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov presented investment potential of the republic. He focused on commodity sector, transport, high technologies and production. He also told about Alabuga special economic zone.
Roman Shaikhutdinov, in his turn, presented Innopolis project.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
