On March 10, in the Cabinet of Ministers of the republic, speaking at a briefing dedicated to the development of the national messenger Max in Tatarstan, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvin shared insights on the platform’s work in key sectors of the republic.

According to Letay operator, women living in Tatarstan were more active in using mobile communication in 2025 compared to men. Despite having more male subscribers, female residents of the republic communicated 1.5 times more via phone and social networks.

MTS company has launched an interactive course titled “Cybersecurity: a guide against scammers”, which is available for Tatarstan residents of any age and is aimed at increasing digital literacy and informing about tools to protect against fraud. Course consists of 12 thematic modules.

The competition commission, headed by Deputy Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Bulat Gabdrahmanov announced the winners of the regional contest “Best Multifunctional Centre of Tatarstan”.
