Sergey Kirienko: It is logical that Tatarstan is hosting a contest for the best IT specialists in Russia
On December 2, in Innopolis, the final of the third season of the All-Russian contest "Digital Breakthrough 2021" started. During two days, over 1.300 IT specialists from all over the country will solve 12 specialized tasks. The prize fund of the contest amounts to 24 million roubles. The First Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of Russia Sergey Kirienko greeted the participants of the contest.
According to him, Tatarstan long ago became one of the leaders of digital transformation in various areas and a successful example of such activity. Therefore, it is logical that the republic hosts the Digital Breakthrough 2021 Contest, which brings together the best IT specialists from all over the country.
He said that during the Digital Breakthrough 2021 Contest, a large forum for the discussion of new educational standards that will help to train both specialists from traditional industries and IT specialists will be organized. The Digital Breakthrough is the flagship project of the Russia - Land of Opportunities platform, which is implemented under the Education national project and is aimed at finding new personnel for the digital economy throughout Russia. The first contest started in April 2019 and the second in March 2020.
