Russian Foundation for the Development of Information Technologies starts submitting applications for grant contests
The Russian Foundation for the Development of Information Technologies announces the start of accepting applications for grant contests for IT projects and companies implementing digital solutions, held under the federal project "Digital Technologies" of Digital Economy of the Russian Federation national programme. This year, the total amount of support is 3.8 billion roubles, and the conditions for receiving grants have become much simpler and take into account the wishes of companies.
IT companies can apply for grants from 20 to 300 million roubles, and this support measure is available to developers of both software and hardware systems. Developers can participate in the contest without restriction on Russian Classification of Economic Activities and revenue, including startups and spin-offs (Individual organization units of large companies). At the request of the companies, the package requirements were optimized and the possible duration of the project implementation was increased from 12 to 18 months.
