A commemorative postage stamp in honor of the opening of the reconstructed Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God issued in the republic

On July 21, in the Kazan City Hall, a solemn ceremony of commemorative cancellation of a postage stamp issued in honor of the opening and consecration of the reconstructed Cathedral of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God was held.

State Counsellor of the republic, UNESCO Special Envoy for Intercultural Dialogue, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Revival Regional Foundation Mintimer Shaimiev and Vicar of the Kazan Diocese, Bishop of Yelabuga Innokenty held a solemn ceremony of cancellation of a postage stamp.
