Visit of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to United Arab Emirates started

A working trip of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov to United Arab Emirates started on April 30. Main purpose of the visit is participation in III Annual Investment Meeting (AIM).
Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov, Aide to Tatarstan President on international issues Radik Gimatdinov, Chief Executive of Tatarstan Investment Development Agency Linar Yakupov and Russian Minister of Communication and Mass Media Nikolay Nikiforov are on Tatarstan delegation.
It is expected that during the visit (April 30-May 1) Rustam Minnikhanov will meet with foreign investors, visit free economic zone DuBiotech, meet with students from Tatarstan living in United Arab Emirates, and take part in III Annual Investment Meeting (AIM).

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
