Annual shareholders’ meeting of OAO “Tattelecom”

Tatarstan Minister of information and communication Roman Shaikhutdinov took part in annual shareholders’ meeting of OAO “Tattelecom”. The Minister noted large amount of work carried out by the company last year and set several tasks.

Shareholders approved results of financial and economic activity of OAO “Tattelecom” for 2012, elected new membership of the Board and revision commission. Company’s Director General Lutfulla Shafigullin made report on results of work.

He said that last year was very important for company’s history. OAO “Tattelecom” became the first and the only operator rendering whole range of telecommunication services. The project of global Wi-Fi coverage “Always online” was presented.

Roman Shaikhutdinov informed that “Tattelecom” participates in implementation of the project “Safe Tatarstan”, and is creating the extensive video surveillance system to control the situation on highways and residential districts.
