Moscow regional Duma studies Tatarstan electronic document management system

On 22 April management staff of Moscow regional Duma led by Artur Shenkao visited Kazan. They came to Kazan to study Tatarstan experience in the sphere of electronic document management. Different versions of the system were presented to the delegation.
According to the project developer, OOO “Document management systems”, the system is being improved. Company’s customers are Russian Ministry of Communications, Ministry of Finance, governments of Tatarstan, Moscow, Saratov region, Administration of Primorye region, OAO “Tatneft”, OAO “Network company”.
IT park Director Anton Grachev showed guests around technopark. Two projects were presented to the guests in Business incubator - an automation system for regional hospitals and first-aid stations “Alfamed”, and speed control system “Avtodoria”.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
