Information on the progress of enforcement proceedings is now available on the Portal of the State Services of the Russian Federation

The Unified Portal of State Services of the Russian Federation has launched a new service of the Federal Bailiff Service, which will allow debtors and claimants to obtain information on the progress of enforcement proceedings online.

It is sufficient to indicate the number of the enforcement proceedings to send the request. The response will include the reason and amount of the debt, the restrictions imposed on the debtor, the enforcement actions of the bailiffs, etc.
