President of Ingushetia Yunus-Bek Evkurov: “IT-park is a think tank of Tatarstan”

Delegation of Ingush Republic led by the President Yunus-Bek Evkurov visited Kazan IT-park. Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov accompanied the guests.
Tatarstan Minister of Information and Communication Roman Shaikhutdinov and Director of GAU “High Technology Technopark IT-park” Anton Grachev told about the history of IT-park, work of two sites in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny.
The guests also visited the heart of IT-park - Business Incubator. They were told about activity of first-time entrepreneurs and the role of technopark in development of startup projects.
Special features of rendering of state services in electronic format, electronic trading platform and GLOASS+112 system were presented to the guest.
Yunus-Bek Evkurov told Tatarstan businessmen about social- economic and investment potential of Ingushetia.
To the point, delegation of Ingush Republic led by the President Yunus-Bek Evkurov arrived in Kazan on April 1. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov received guests at the international airport “Kazan”.
Yunus-Bek Evkurov looked over new terminal 1A, visited construction site of railway line for intermodal transportations, Universiade Village, and Agro-industrial park.

About 2,000 students of the Institute of Information Technology and Intelligent Systems (IITS) at Kazan Federal University (KFU) received scholarships for studies in “Software Engineering” with a focus on “Modern Software Development.” Annually, more than 22.6 million roubles are allocated from the regional budget for this purpose under the “Personnel for the Digital Economy” regional project.
To date, Yandex delivery robots began operating in the Novo-Savinovsky and Sovetsky districts of Kazan. On December 2025, robot delivery was firstly introduced in the Vakhitovsky district of the city.
The implementation of robot delivery is aimed at making everyday life more comfortable for residents through the use of advanced technology. Users will be able to track the movement of the courier robot on a map directly within the app, ensuring transparency and convenience. Since robots do not require breaks or rest periods, delivery services will operate reliably around the clock.
Mobile Telecommunication Systems Company reported on its activities in Tatarstan for the year 2025 during a weekly meeting at Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization.
Director of the MTS branch in Tatarstan Marat Kabanov outlined key areas of work in 2025 and the achieved results.
On March 27, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization Ilya Nachvyn held a meeting with Director General of "Info-Obereg" Vladimir Dorofeev.
Such meetings between the minister and representatives of the IT community are held on Fridays in an open dialogue format. These personal meetings provide an opportunity for companies to share their experiences, discuss their projects and seek support.
