Deputy Minister, Colonel General of the internal service of Russian Ministry of emergency situations Vladimir Artamonov visits IT-park

The republican system “GLONASS+112” was presented to Deputy Minister, Colonel General of the internal service of Russian Ministry of emergency situations Vladimir Artamonov. The meeting was held in IT-park where one of GLONASS call centers is located. Vladimir Artamonov was accompanied by Minister of civil defence and emergency situations Rafis Khabibullin.
To the point, two call centers for 60 operators were founded in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny in 2012. Every day about 2 thousand calls are received by the number 112. Every 5th call requires response of two or more services. Operators receive calls, make up the card, and pass information to police, emergency, fire and gas services.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
