Anyone can learn Tatar for free at the Kazan Federal University

Free courses of the Tatar language will be oragnised at the Kazan Federal University (the Institute of philology and arts) after numerous requests of citizens, under the auspices of the RT Cabinet.
The project is implemented under the State program on preservation, studying and development of Tatarstan state and other languages for 2004-2013. Courses will last for three months, from February to May.
Instruction will be carried out using communicative approach for beginners and people who continue studying.
The university has gained wide experience in language teaching. All conditions that meet modern requirements were provided at the Institute of philology and arts.
