Russian Post can send one international shipment free of charge

Russian Post will provide customers with one free international shipment as compensation for spring export delays.

From March till May 2020, because of the decrease of civil international air traffic, the delivery time for some of the export shipments increased, as a significant part of parcels are usually loaded into passenger aircraft. It took time to establish alternative delivery channels - the situation with export shipments stabilized by mid-May.

As compensation for the inconvenience, Russian Post will provide all customers whose parcels were sent between March 15 and May 15, with a promotional code for one free delivery. Customers whose shipment cost up to 1,000 roubles will receive a promotional code for 500 roubles, over 1,000 roubles - a promotional code for 3,000 roubles. If the user has issued several shipments at this time, the Russian Post will take into account the cost of the most expensive of them. The offer is valid until October 15, 2020.

Letay speeds up the Internet in 13 more settlements in Tatarstan

In March, Letay base stations were modernized in suburban areas, which led to an increase in the quality of the communication signal and the speed of mobile Internet for residents of the villages of Stolbishche and Gabishevo in the Laishevo region, as well as the villages of Mirny and Konstantinovka near Kazan. The attention to these locations is not accidental: in spring, traffic additionally moves outside the city, due to which the load on the network of suburban base stations is “densifying”.

New service available on state services of Tatarstan

A new convenient and long-awaited service for kindergartens appeared on the State and Municipal Services Portal - ordering an e-certificate of charged and paid parental fees. About 10,000 such paper certificates are issued annually in Kazan. At the same time, parents spend at least 1 hour going in person to get the document. With this service, it is not necessary to go anywhere, the order of a free and legally significant certificate takes only 5 minutes.
