Tatarstan’s innovative projects were presented to Russian Deputy Minister of finance Andrei Ivanov. President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Aide to the RT President on economic issues Airat Khairullin, Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, Minister of economy Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, Director General of SEZ “Alabuga” Timur Shagivaleev participated in the meeting.
Midkhat Shagiakhmetov told about development of Kama innovative territorial production cluster. He told that the cluster was the main development point of republic and the whole country. The program of cluster development unites dozens of big and medium-size projects in the sphere of mechanical engineering, petrochemical industry, staff training and others.
Timur Shagivaleev told about development of SEZ “Alabuga”.
Roman Shaikhutdinov told about realization of the Innopolis project. He informed that the agreement between Innopolis University and Carnegie Mellon University was signed in December 2012. The document implies training of 25 Russian students at the US university.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
