7 February 2013, Thursday
Tatarstan’s Ministry of informatization and communications suggested creating a unified service for providing continuous work of the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction and technical support to all interacting participants.
Deputy PM and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov came up with this suggestion at a meeting at Presidential Plenipotentiary in Volga Federal District Mikhail Babich.
Roman Shaikhutdinov said that there were certain problems in interdepartmental electronic interaction between regional and federal authorities.
To the point, all Tatarstan’s government and local self-government authorities are connected to the system of interdepartmental electronic interaction. For the beginning of February, more than 120 thousand requests were sent via the system. 3 thousand employees of government and local self-government authorities use the system.
Roman Shaikhutdinov asked not to limit opportunities for development of regional portals of state and municipal services.
The Minister addressed to the Russian Government with request to conform normative and legal acts in terms of limiting opportunities of using regional portals upon rendering state and municipal services.
