4 February 2013, Monday
The system of licensing and accreditation of educational institutions was put into commercial operation at the RT Ministry of education and science. The system enables carrying out accreditation and licensing work on the Portal of state services Uslugi.tatarstan.ru.
Now heads of educational institutions will not have to come to the Ministry to submit documents several times. To pass all procedures it is necessary to fill on an application form, attach copies of documents and check the application status. Then, employees of the RT Ministry of education and science will check all documents. As soon as documents are ready and the ministry makes positive decision, an applicant is invited to receive the certificate.
The system has a built-in module of online testing with a unique protection from copying and forgery of testing results, developed by qualified teachers.
Moreover, the system enables automatic formation of correspondence, documents for interdepartmental electronic interaction, and contains updated list of accredited educational institutions and licensees.
The Russian Ministry of education and science has made a decision to create similar resource on the federal level.
