Since the beginning of the year, over 1.3 million Tatarstan citizens visited offices of Multifunctional centre

Since the beginning of 2020, over 1.3 million residents of the republic have applied to the Multifunctional centers of Tatarstan. The vast majority of them - more than one million people - made an appointment with a specialist through the Portal of State Services of the republic.

Today, a total of 306 e-services are introduced on the regional Portal.

From June 15, My Documents offices returned to their usual regime of work, without a mandatory preliminary appointment. The Centre established special sanitary and epidemiological requirements for receiving visitors: the calculation of «living» queue - 1 person per 4 sq.m., availability of masks and gloves and observance of a safe distance.
