Cloudy technologies for taxi

Web service for automation of taxi companies Opteum was launched in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Opteum startup is a resident of Business incubator in Naberezhnye Chelny IT-park. The project deals with cloudy technologies for automation of taxi companies.
Today 100 taxi cars already use Opteum service in Naberezhnye Chelny. Cost of a trip is calculated according to the distance covered. Whole track of traffic is recorded to server. The trip can be paid using a plastic card. After the trip a passenger can estimate quality of service.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.

Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
