Russian Post updates EMS Retail service

Russian Post has changed the approach to tariffication of multi-seat items for transportation of consolidated cargo. Delivery cost is calculated by the total weight of the lot, which will help network retailers to reduce logistics costs by 1.5-2 times.

The delivery geography of the EMS Retail service has been extended to the whole country, its cost depends only on physical weight - there is no additional ratio for volume. Suppliers of retail chains and marketplaces are already able to send bulk deliveries from 85 cities - major regional capitals.
