The republic issues a commemorative postage stamp in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Tatar ASSR

On May 27, at the State Council of Tatarstan, a ceremony of a postage stamp cancellation issued in honor of the founding of the Tatar ASSR was held.

Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov, Tatarstan State Counsellor Mintimer Shaimiev and Minister of Digitalization of Tatarstan Ayrat Khayrullin took part in the ceremony.

The circulation of the anniversary postage stamp is 250,000 copies. It depicts the coat of arms of Tatarstan, a national ornament, the sights of the republic and the achievements of the region in the agricultural and industrial sectors.
