Geoinformation map for investors is being created in Tatarstan

The draft decree of the RT Cabinet on approving the order of collecting information about Tatarstan’s investment and infrastructure objects for creating Geoportal of the Republic of Tatarstan is currently being approved.
For the moment, the mechanism of information collection and exchange among project’s participants and the order of interaction between state power bodies and potential investors have been determined.
Main purpose of Geoportal is creation of favourable investment climate in republic by providing up-to-date information concerning conditions of investment, objects of transport, energy, social, engineering, communal and telecommunications infrastructure.

In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
