Microsoft cloud solutions for startups

Managing Director of Microsoft Seed Fund in Russia Sergei Eremin opened the conference at the Kazan IT-park. He welcomed participants of the event and told that he had dealt with programs aimed at supporting startups since 2006. He also told about company’s interaction with first-time IT entrepreneurs.
Sergei Eremin presented Microsoft solutions for startups that include seed financing, grants in the form of cloud hosting resources, licensed software, consulting, promotion services, free software for new projects, testing and Internet posting.
The conference “Cloud solutions for startups” will last till evening. During the day the expert for cloud technologies Windows Azure, Microsoft Aleksei Bokov will tell about ways to get free Windows Azure, the expert for strategic technologies Vladimir Yunev will present technological solutions of cloud platform, and Manager of the project SportFort Marat Gallyamov will share the history of his success.
The round table on issues of receiving grants and other Microsoft support programs will be held at the end of the meeting.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
