iOS enables restricting access to certain content categories. To restrict the view of dubious web pages the use of a standard browser should be denied. Alternatively, you should install Mobicip that supports this function. You can download the detailed instruction here.
You can also restrict the iTunes content on your desk computer. The content will be transferred to iPad upon synchronization.
iPad has an installed restriction function that enables turning off some Apps which have been downloaded before. It will protect your child from viewing or listening to the undesirable content. You can easily find these functions in your settings. You will be asked to create a four-digit password and confirm the access number.
