Reminder of Official Prohibition of giving and receiving gifts by officials

Due to the upcoming New Year and Christmas holidays, we remind of the need to enforce the prohibition of giving and receiving gifts.
The provisions of the anti-corruption legislation and the Civil Code of the Russian Federation contain a ban on giving gifts to persons holding state and municipal posts, state and municipal employees, employees of individual organizations and on receiving gifts due to the implementation of official (labor) duties.
The gifts received during protocol events, business trips and other official events are the exceptions and are to be handed in.
