Chief of Russian Ministry of regional development Igor Slyunyaev meets with President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov

Tatarstan’s Minister of construction, architecture, housing and utilities Irek Faizullin and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov participated in the meeting.
Participation of republic in federal programs coordinated by the Russian Ministry of regional development was discussed at the meeting. In particular, participation in the subprogram “Promotion of programs of housing construction development in Russian regions” of the Federal special-purpose program “Housing” for 2011 – 2015 was considered.
In order to keep pace of construction different measures on stimulating housing construction are to be used in Tatarstan. According to integrated assessment of efficiency of activity of executive authorities in Russian regions in 2011, the Republic of Tatarstan holds the first place in rating of Russian regions. There are not any inefficient costs in the sphere of housing and communal services and public and municipal administration in republic.
Russian Minister of regional development Igor Slyunyaev is going to involve heads of Russian regions holding top positions by the level and dynamics of development in active joint work on promoting best regional practices.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
