Maksim Gornostaev assigned Director of Rostelecom branch in Tatarstan

Maksim Gornostaev, former Deputy Director of the branch and commercial director of OAO Rostelecom in Udmurt Republic has been assigned Director of Rostelecom branch in Tatarstan.
“Assignment of Maksim Gornostaev is a thoughtful act of the company and the example of top management rotation. A very ambitious, competent, and successful manager Maksim Gornostaev was noted by HR department long ago and was chosen for the personnel reserve of macroregional branch. We are sure that his assignment will contribute to activity of the branch in Tatarstan,” Vice-president and Director of macroregional branch “Volga” OAO Rostelecom Dmitry Proskura said.
