Minister of information policy and mass communications of Chuvashia visits IT-park

Officials of the Ministry of information policy and mass communications of the Chuvash Republic led by the Minister Valentina Andreeva visited the Kazan IT-park.
Guests were met by Tatarstan’s Vice-premier and Minister of informatization and communications Roman Shaikhutdinov and Director of IT-park Dinar Nasyrov.
IT-park infrastructure was presented to the delegation. They were also told about special features of electronic state services, the system of electronic documents flow, and activity of the second IT-park in Naberezhnye Chelny.
Construction of the Kazan IT-park finished in October, 2009. It was the first technopark in Russia constructed under the federal program “Creation of high technology technoparks in the Russian Federation”. 1700 specialists currently work in IT-park. The second IT-park opened in Naberezhnye Chelny on August 25.
Guests were interested in financing of IT-park construction. “50 % were provided by the republican budget, the other 50 % - from the federal budget,” Roman Shaikhutdinov explained.
“Avtodoria” and “AlfaMed” projects were presented to the delegation in Business incubator.
Moreover, the project of informatization of local self-government bodies “Web municipal management” that unities regional and local self-government authorities was presented to the guests.
Members of the delegation were told about creation of new city – Innopolis and the unified system of emergency services “GLONASS+112”.

The Rais (Head) of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov approved the decision of Tatarstan government to allocate 55.3 million roubles from the regional budget to support 2,300 employees of rural postal offices in 2026.
A new practice tool for preparing for the USE has been launched on the State Services Portal (Gosuslugi)l. It allows students to reinforce their knowledge and practice solving typical exam tasks.
Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
