Airat Khairullin speaks at a meeting of Tatarstan State Council Committee on Economics, Investment and Entrepreneurship
On November 12, Tatarstan Minister of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications Airat Khairullin took part in a meeting of Tatarstan State Council Committee on Economics, Investment and Entrepreneurship.
During the meeting, the Minister summed up the results of the transition to digital television broadcasting in the republic, informed about the improvement of the structure of government in digitalization and about the possibilities of legislation improvement in information technology.
According to Khairullin, Tatarstan has successfully implemented the programme of transition from analogue to digital television broadcasting. The transition across all Russia has become the largest digital project in the audience reached and infrastructure in the world.
He also said that over 800 Tatarstan citizens have been trained and will take responsibility for the digital transformation in municipalities and departments of the republic.
