Free Wi-Fi now available in Petrov Park and art ground “Territory”

Free Wi-Fi is now available in Petrov Park and art ground “Territory”. Loft project “Territory” is an art ground for organisation of exhibitions of artists, photographers, master classes in different arts, fashion shows, lectures, presentations, performances, film shows, and meetings with interesting people.
Currently there are seven open Wi-Fi grounds in Kazan - on the square near the national culture center, in the River port, Uritsky park, Millenium park, Victory park, Krylya Sovetov park and Syrtlanova street.
On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
