The number of electronic payments for communal services increases in Tatarstan

Tatarstaners now pay their communal servicesvia the Portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru more often. Statistics shows that the number of views of the page “Pay for gas” has increased by 17.3 percent, “Pay for electric power” – by 14.9 percent, “Pay for flat” – by 9.21 percent.
Today one can receive information about charges for communal services, manage personal account, make changes in invoices and recalculations online.
These services are available when your personal account is registered on the Portal. Housing and communal services can also be paid without registering the personal account. You need to enter the invoice number and the sum of payment.
The fee is 2 %, if you make payments via infomat, and 1 % via the portal uslugi.tatarstan.ru. The service is now available for 1.2 mln households in Tatarstan.
Most popular services are still registration at the kindergarten, services of the State Road Traffic Safety Inspectorate and drawing-up of the foreign passport.

Since September 2024, Tatarstan residents could receive rewards through the "People’s Inspector" app for reporting traffic violations. During this period, over 12,000 reports were submitted across seven paid categories, earning citizens a total of 5.6 million roubles. The top earner was a resident of the republic who submitted 226 reports and received 275,000 roubles. The second-highest earner earned 260,800 roubles for 209 reports.
