Ildar Khalikov sends a letter to Irek Faizulin at IT-park

Deputy Minister of regional development - Chief of the Federal agency for construction and housing-communal services Vladimir Kogan accompanied by the Tatarstan Prime Minister Ildar Khalikov visited IT-park.
Guests were met by Deputy Minister of informatization and communications Anatoly Geller and Director of IT-park Dinar Nasyrov. The delegation was told about rendering of electronic state services and the system of electronic documents flow.
Ildar Khalikov demonstrated work of electronic documents flow using his personal account. Deputy director of OOO “Management of information projects” Kristina Talanova told about specific features of electronic state services.
Guests also visited IT-park press center and regional Space Services Center.
Dinar Nasyrov told about IT-park structure and conditions of work at Business incubator and Data center.
Future satellite city Innopolis was presented to guests at the press center. This year in June Chairman of the RF Government Dmitry Medvedev laid the capsule with a message addressed to future Innopolis citizens.
Finally, Anatoly Geller presented the system of emergency services “GLONASS+112”.

On December 11, Moscow hosted this year's important IT events: the awards ceremony for the winners of the "Sprint to the Future - Code of Success!" award and the Sprint 2.0 Accelerator Demo Day.
In accordance with the Procedure for providing subsidies from the budget of Tatarstan in 2025 to telecom operators to reimburse costs associated with providing mobile radiotelephone services on sections of the M-12 and M-7 highways located in Tatarstan, approved by Resolution No. 1032 of the Cabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan dated 02.12.2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Procedure) and Order No. p/334 of Tatarstan Ministry of Digitalization of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications dated 10.12.2025, the deadlines for submitting applications for subsidies from the budget of the republic have been established.
Digital Transformation Centre of Tatarstan reported that in 2025, Tatarstan completed a digital infrastructure upgrade, which affected server capacity, government employee workplaces, email services and video surveillance.
